GENERAL CONDITIONS
Minimum rental of 1 day (24 hours). Delay of more
than 59 minutes implies a charge of a further day of rental.
- INSURANCE - Rates include maximum lability of 1,00 million
Euro for third party coverage, including animals and properity;
protections against fire; green card (international insurance
certificate).
- MINIMUM AGE - For SMALL and MEDIUM groups is 21 years old. For
other groups the minimum age is 23 years old. A valid driving
licence issued at least one year before is required.
- PAYMENT - With the most important credit cards; for those who
do not have credit cards, at the moment of the rental, a deposit
of theextimated rental cost plus the insurance deductible, will
requested. Credit card is compulsory for LARGE and SPECIAL groups.
Before the rental the customers are subject to be qualified by
our employee.
In case of theft, fire or serious damage of
rented car, Prestige Rent a Car reserves the right either to
replace or not the car. If the car is stolen, the cost of the
rental will be calculated up to the moment when Prstige will
receive the police declaration and the keys of the car.
RATES INCLUDE:
- Unlimited mileage;
- Collision damage waiver (CDW)/theft waiver with deductible (
see the list);
- V.A.T. 20%;
- Airport fees.
RATES NOT INCLUDE:
- Fuel. For vehicles rented with a full tank and returned
without the same quantity of fuel, a charge of €10,00 + VAT will
be applied in addition to the cost of the missing fuel;
- Extra charge for each additional driver €1 ,50 + VAT per
day;
- Delivery or collection in downtown-hotels €17,00 + VAT.
Other destination €1,50 + VAT per km;
- National one way rentals, except islands: if the car is not
returned in the same city, please ask for informations;
- Snow chains, roof rack, ski rack and baby seat € 27,00 +VAT;
- Fines;
- Loss of documents € 300,00 + VAT and the charge of one week
of rentals;
- Personal accident insurance (PAI), superkasko (SKO), super
theft waiver (ST): (please ask for
informations).
